Cinnamon Shore is a 300-home beachfront community located on Mustang Island just off the coast of Corpus Christi. Nestled behind 300 feet of protective dunes, this pedestrian-friendly planned community was designed in classic tradition with all of the finest amenities:
- Beautiful beach
- Pools and parks
- Paver sidewalks along palm-lined streets
- Stocked lakes
- Fishing Pavilion and Boardwalk
- Town Center composed of restaurants, shops, an entertainment stage and more
Above all, every detail of Cinnamon Shore was thoughtfully designed to embrace the beauty of Mustang Island and the slow-paced charm of a walking neighborhood.
Cinnamon Shore is a simpler way of life.
The team of developers who planned Cinnamon Shore envisioned a small beach town community within the city of Port Aransas. As a community, Cinnamon Shore fosters a strong connection between our residents and the relaxed beauty of Mustang Island.

The Builder’s Guild
Simplicity. It describes life on the water as well as the style of our homes built by our distinguished Builder’s Guild. A Cinnamon Shore house is rooted in the unique environment and culture of the Gulf Coast. The design principles that marked its seaside structures generations ago – proportion, color, rhythm, texture and scale – are still the basic architectural elements of our community today.
Home exteriors feature clean lines, simple massing and attention to actual architectural details, not just applied ornamentation. All homes have front porches that encourage neighborly visits, and all provide village, park, pond, bay or Gulf views. Inside, each home offers a private sanctuary with all the modern comforts and conveniences you’d expect.
Our Builder’s Guild includes:
Keystone Company, the Turicchi family’s firm, has been based in Port Aransas for over a decade and specializes in upper-end, custom home construction. Keystone Company has been building Texas homes for 30+ years, including award-winning projects on Mustang Island in the Developments of Beachwalk 1 and 2. The Turicchis take a “hands-on” approach and keep a keen eye to detail in every crafted project. Keystone Company built the 2009 Southern Living Idea House at Cinnamon Shore and is now a selected builder member of the prestigious Southern Living custom building program.
Zach Turicchi of Keystone Company

A native Texan and a summer resident of coastal Texas, James believes in understanding his clients’ needs for function and aesthetics while remaining thoughtful of what each client’s financial needs may be. James’ lifelong passion for his work and the coast assures his clients that he possesses an in-depth understanding of the structural requirements, the proper design techniques, and the use of high-quality materials that are necessary to withstand ever-changing coastal environments. After all, James believes that architecture is not meant to be a monument to the architect but rather a timeless classic to be enjoyed for years to come.
Peter Linn is an architect with over 35 years of experience with a very diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, both public and private. From a simple residential addition to office buildings with a million square feet, each of Linn’s designs reflects the client and their program, the site context and budget – not a stylized look reflecting some architectural ambition. Linn’s Cinnamon Shore designs are each as unique as the client, representing a particular program for living and sleeping spaces organized around the opportunities specific to each building site, like view corridors and outdoor spaces. Linn’s substantial experience with high-end residential construction is further supported with broad personal experience with the actual construction of numerous residential designs. This first-hand experience with the craft of construction results in Linn’s ability to create unique and client-responsive architectural designs that are easily built, and it recognizes that the very best architecture requires the collaboration and execution of the contractor and all of the trades.
To provide high quality design services, Linn works exclusively with 3-dimensional CAD software from the very beginning of the design phase. Your design is at all times viewable in 3D from any vantage point, inside and out. The significance of this design approach is the almost total elimination of drafting errors that can result from conventional 2D line drawings, because Linn’s construction documents are actually derived from the 3D model where the finished product is always readily visible.
