Many families make it a tradition to gather at Cinnamon Shore each year.

"Our family gathers here every September. My grandchildren talk about it all year long. Our four oldest grandchildren are enthusiastically running across the boardwalk excited to be at Cinnamon Shore once again...The Lighthouse was perfect for our large family. The rooms easily accommodated Pack 'N Play [cribs] for our littlest ones. Each family had their own bathroom, and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked.”---Kay R.

"Coming to Cinnamon Shores since 2015, it has made such an impact on our family that our oldest son asked his girlfriend (now wife) to marry him in the summer of 2022. Out on the dock of Lake Colby, under the covered gazebo, he knelt down on one knee and popped the question. She thought they were going night fishing. Then as they walked back to the house, we all were waiting on The Great Lawn with lights and music to congratulate them. Cinnamon Shore has been part of their lives every year for most of their lives so it just seemed like a natural place to get engaged. He might not have caught a fish that night but he did bring home a keeper. So, now we are closing in on a decade of memories at Cinnamon Shore, and we would never think of going anywhere else. Around 18 of us call it home for a week that seems to go by too fast. We truly love everything about Cinnamon Shore."--Haley S.

“When I hit the highest point of the boardwalk, and get my first glimpse of the beach and the water, and take that in with the dunes underneath me and the beautiful homes behind me, I feel instantly happy and serene. And then, when I hit the beach and see my name on a chalkboard behind two beach chairs and an umbrella, I feel care and attention.
