Cinnamon Shore Impresses Media, Earns Rave Review from Unique Homes

With the tagline “The World of Luxury Real Estate,” Unique Homes magazine knows just how to categorize Cinnamon Shore in Port Aransas. The media outlet specializes in the country’s finest developments and top real estate listings, and it raved about Cinnamon Shore after Associate Editor Marlene Ridgway visited the community last October. Ridgeway dined at the community’s Lisabella’s Bistro, experienced the dune walkover onto the vast expanse of Texas shoreline, and learned how well Cinnamon Shore fared during Hurricane Harvey. Charmed by the well-built, architecturally appealing homes and impressed by modern building methods that helped Cinnamon Shore stand strong during the storm, she titled her profile “Unforgettable Luxury, Built to Last.” The warm community, fostered by the overall thoughtful master plan, also caught her notice. She wrote: “Areas like the fire pit — a popular gathering point with s'mores to accompany peaceful nights, the community pool, the social circle, and the great lawn provide endless opportunities to meet people or enjoy a serene evening by the water.” 

Her article quotes Managing Real Estate Broker Jodi Peters about what makes Cinnamon Shore stand out among other developments. In the article, Peters calls the community “the original seaside village on the Texas Coast.” And Ridgeway discusses its place in Port Aransas, one of the last authentic beach towns in America.
