Bay View Residences

The orientation of the Mustang Island means the beachfront faces east, always ready for sunrise views. But that means on the opposite side of the community, you have the chance to have a front-row seat for sunsets.

The sun slips every night into the island's west-side bay, promising magical skies nightly from condos, cottages,and homes located on the west side of the community. Residences closest to Hwy. 361 at Cinnamon Shore North are also near the Still Water Pool and an easy walk to Town Center. At Cinnamon Shore South, some of the westerly homes have balconies that beg for cocktail hour colored by bay sunsets.

Dune Pool-Area Residences

Some homes at Cinnamon Shore North overlook the Dune Pool, a peaceful pool with lounge chairs and palms--and the location of paddleboard yoga during summer months. Not only do the pool views add a bit of serenity to your stay, but other amenities around the pool contribute to the experience. There's the fitness center, with treadmills, stationary bikes, and more workout equipment.

The Pirate Playground is adjacent to the pool, perfect for families to stay nearby. And pet lovers will appreciate the proximity of the Dune Dogs Playground dog park, with pet wash and fenced-in, grassy play area.

Staying near the Dune Pool also affords views of the grassy, natural dune left undeveloped as a nod to coastal preservation.

Great Lawn Residences

Homes lining the spacious green space at Cinnamon Shore North have a built-in extension of their outdoor living space. This palm-lined park area also features a community fire pit ringed with lounge chairs, and during summer, s'mores nights delight here the kids. The open space provides great community views and open-air vistas, and occasional Market Day events see the grassy area lined with vendor tents for local artisans to share their wares.

Lake View Residences

At Cinnamon Shore North, Lake Colby offers fully stocked fishing waters and a charming pavilion and dock where you can cast a line. And Lake Gavin presents pretty views of reed-lined waters fronted by Keira's Pool, an infinity-edged expance where C Bar Too offers food and beverage service. Staying along either lake promises the best of lake and beachside living, with easy access to dune crossovers that take you directly to the beach.

At Cinnamon Shore South, a 7-acre lake serves as the centerpiece of this growing community, with lakeside pavilions and overlooks providing serene views and lakefront homes offering access to a boardwalk that leads to pool complex. Relax at the cabana-lined pool with infinity views over the lake and hammock-like nets that hover over lake waters.

Town Center Views

Staying in the condos or townhomes in residential building that encircle Town Center give you easy access to Lisabella's Bistro and Dylan's Coal Oven Pizzeria. You'll be close to the summertime activities in the Town Center, such as the live music concerts on the weekends or outdoor movie nights. Some of the condos look over the grassy Town Center green toward the bay, for those great island sunsets. 

Kids love to walk across Social Circle and throw frisbees or a football, and cornhole games attract the competitive set. During peak season, C Treats sells snacks and ice cream out of a vintage Airstream trailer on the Town Center green, as well.

The Town Center-area residences also give you access to the Lake Colby, the Still Water Pool and the Dune Pool, just down Grand Boulevard.

Gulf-Front Homes

Gulf-front row at both Cinnamon Shore North and Cinnamon Shore South make the most luxurious vacation rentals.
