Recognizing Coastal Luxury

When Ocean Home magazine learned about the growth and new pools and amenities going in at Cinnamon Shore South, the editors wanted to know more. This bi-monthly magazine covers U.S, and international travel destinations, architecture, and design, and it included news about our growth in its article "5 New Luxury Coastal Residences."

Our community was featured in great company, alongside these high-end real estate developments and vacation destinations: Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residence in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico; The Terraces in Fort Lauderdale Beach, Florida; La Maré Residences in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida; and St. Regis Cap Cana in Dominican Republic.

It reported details and highlighted our developer, including this excerpt:

"Cinnamon Shore, a master-planned community on Mustang Island, Texas, developed by Jeff Lamkin, Principal, Sea Oats Group, is adding multiple amenities at its sister property, Cinnamon Shore South. The new attractions, most set to break ground this summer and fall, include a town square with a stage, spa, retail and dining district, neighborhood pools, fitness center, sports facilities, event venue, dog park, and outdoor social gathering areas." 

Other portions of the article highlighted our new South Town Square and the family pool and splash pad:

"Fall 2023 will greet guests and homeowners with a new Family Pool & Splash Pad that will connect to Cinnamon Shore South’s popular cabana-lined pool. With a new landmark tower, this gorgeous new amenity by Schnell Urban Design, NucoS Pools, and Seven Custom Homes will overlook a large lake and feature a splash pad and Instagram-worthy wall.  

South Town Square is slated to break ground in 2024, a project of Kimmel Studio Architects. With extensive experience in waterfront properties along the Chesapeake Bay, the company is planning this 100,000-plus-square foot town hub, set along the west side of the village’s primary lake and centered around a waterfront stage, green space, and a boardwalk with a walkable connection to the entire community. With restaurants, a spa, shops, and office space planned, South Town Square will capture the mood of a vibrant coastal gathering spot."
