New Pool Debut

With Glow Pool & Fitness Center debuting at "South" this spring, there will be a new place to lounge. This intimate, lounger-lined oasis offers cool, blue waters and workout facilities in a stylish space lined with cottages and villas.

The Boutiques Open Soon!

On the ground floor of 6 Town Center, a new shopping space will offer elegant quarters for three new shops where you can browse. Set to open soon, you can find resort wear for men and women, a children's boutique, and branded merchandise of all kinds.

New Restaurants Under Way!

From Texas restaurateur Jason Stout, Tiki Jay's is set to open by Summer 2025 on the ground level of Nautilus, a gorgeous, new, mixed-use building at Cinnamon Shore North. Jason also offers a new, shore-side location for his San Antonio-based eatery, Stout's Signature. His Stout's Signature 2.0 will open in a new building that's almost finished out at North Town Center.

At the "South" village, a Mexican-Cajun eatery from the team behind Dylan's Coal Oven Pizzeria is breaking ground at South Town Square, as well. 

Hunt & Fish with Mustang Island Adventures

Guided fishing and hunting trips add to your experience from Mustang Island Adventures, a new outfitter and service based at Cinnamon Shore. In addition, you can rent gear for fishing on-site lakes or playing pickleball or basketball from Mustang Island Adventures, and the beach crew will handle your bonfire needs and beach chair and umbrella set-up, as well. With the new service options available, it's easy options to plan an unforgettable itinerary.
