Private, sturdy dune crossovers take you to and from the beach by foot or in a golf cart, available for rental on site. At Cinnamon Shore North, two dune crossovers serve the community, while Cinnamon Shore South now has three, two-way crossovers in use.

World-class amenities include lavish pools, such as the Dune Pool with shady pergolas, Keira's Pool with infinity view over Lake Gavin, the adults-only Cabana Pool, and new Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; a Fitness Center at 'North' and two new fitness center under construction now at 'South,'; two dog parks; The Great Lawn and other grassy parks in both villages, including Sunset Park, Coastline Fire Lounge, Tailwind Park, and the Neighborly Square Playground.

At 'North,' a new Latin-themed concept called Luca joins sister restaurant Lisabella's Bistro. Poolside C Bar serves Keira's Pool, while Dylan's Coal Oven Pizzeria has become a favorite! The Shore Cafe offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a great selection wine and beer; it's a great spot for quality coffee and gelato all day! At 'South,' Coastline Grill serves poolside fare at the pools that overlook South Town Lake. More new restaurants will be part of South Town Square, breaking ground in 2024!
