Beach-Side Location Close to Cinnamon Shore

Stay at Cinnamon Shore, and it's an easy golf cart ride to the beachfront festival, where lots of family fun and amazing sand sculptures await!

Activities stretch between beach markers 13 and 17, a nice golf cart ride down the beach. You can park and enjoy the music, food, and fun! Golf cart rentals are available on site at Cinnamon Shore.

• Watch master sand sculptors put on a show and marvel at their creations! Enjoy the work of Master Duo Sculptors, Master Solo Sculptors, and Semi-Pro Sculptors.
• Enter the amateur contest and show-off your own sand castle-building skills. 
• Enjoy live music, food trucks, and shopping.
• Take kids to the kids activities area and go to Lesson Mountain for get tips and tricks they can use all summer!

What is Texas SandFest?

Port Aransas is home to the largest, native-sand sculpture competition in the United States. First a small, local competition back in 1997, the event has become an internationally recognized, three-day, family event that attracts renowned sand sculptors and tens of thousands of international visitors each year! The event benefits the community by raising funds for local charities and scholarships for high school students.

How to Get Tickets

  Adults (ages 13 and up): $30; Kids 6-12: $5; Kids 5 and under: Free. Purchase tickets HERE. Three-day wristbands are available at each entrance and serve as your ticket to the masters gallery, music tent, and more. Cash only. Not sold in advance. No one-day tickets available.
