It comes fully equipped with quality dish and cookware and offers easy access to a deck, which also a dining area and a gas grill for cookouts.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: A highlight of the house is the third-story master suite with a king bed and amazing views. You’ll feel like you are on the top of the world as you open the blinds each morning! The third-floor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or stargazing before bed. This room also provides privacy from other guests and the convenience of its own dry bar with microwave and mini-fridge.
The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other a bunk room. The bunk room has one full size and three twin bunks, along with one twin trundle bed providing ample sleeping space for family and friends.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Beached Inn is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Beached Inn the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
