Cloud Nine 136 BE had a great location with a very convenient fenced in back yard for our dogs. The property was clean and had all of the amenities we needed as a family of 6. Everything was clean, and well laid out. We will definitely consider this property again when we return to Cinnamon Shore.

Our stay was lovely and we really enjoyed being able to put our pups in the backyard. Also loved the upper decks and ample seating space for the whole family. Great job!

This was a perfect house for our family of five plus our small dog. Lots of storage space that we usually don't find, even a pantry! We like to prepare meals so was nice to be able to not have to have everything on the counter or in a canvas bag. Also enjoyed the porch and two balconies. Backyard was perfect for our pup, he wanted to be out there a lot! This was the smallest house we've stayed in since we weren't bringing any extra friends or family, but with the layout and storage space it didn't feel that way.

Beautiful home with very nice conveniences within the complex (restaurants, pools, golf carts ( rented)). We especially appreciated the small fenced in yard for our dog. Also appreciated the decent knives in the kitchen for cooking. This is definitely my favorite place I have stayed in Port A and I would highly recommend if you are looking for a more luxury place.
Some small things that could have made the star truly 5 star quality. Some additional clean blankets and kitchen towels already available in house would have been helpful. Also providing toilet paper and paper towels for the duration of the day would be convenient, especially given the price you are paying.
Our questions were always quickly answered and maintenance came by quickly for the two issues we had with front door handle and kitchen sink. There was unfortunately a terrible outbreak of mosquitos from all the rains in Port A that made going outside miserable even with bug spray. I only wish we had received a communication about this even on day of arrival as we would have brought stuff with us vs visiting 3 stores in town where everything was sold out.

The house layout was good for family of 7. Kitchen had everything needed for our stay. Overall cleanliness was good, dusting around window frames could have been better as well as little pieces of trash in corners from previous renters. Checkin and Checkout was easy with great customer service. Enjoyed pizza from Dylan’s, coffee shop was closed during our visit which was a disappointment. Great property to go for a walk, some of the sidewalks were blocked by vehicles that made it difficult to navigate around with a stroller with having to go into the street to get around them. All the pools were well maintained and landscaping and seating beautiful. The pool with the restaurant was nice and service was excellent. The walkway/ drive to the beach was nice with the one way for golf carts. Would recommend a tar removal station by the showers, as there was quite a bit of tar that was hard to stay away from on the beach. Fire pit on the beach was a fun add on and the lady that started ours was very friendly and checked onus through the time. Yoga on the beach was amazing , the instructor was very good. Home photography was very good, photographer was so friendly and professional. Appreciated the texts throughout the stay with updates and making sure everything was going well. Overall this was a great choice for a family weekend and will consider for a stay in the future.

Loved this beach house ! Location was great. House had nice modern/ coastal features. Close to lake Colby within walking distance which was Nice for fishing. Renting golf carts is a must at CS! We had so much fun riding the golf carts around everywhere ! We defiantly want to come back ! Home was in great condition and perfect for what we needed & loved that we can bring our doggie along too! :)

Property was in great condition and very clean! Fully stocked kitchen supplies. Bedding was soft. Vent hood made noise with wind blowing was the only thing that needed to be looked at maintenance wise. Texts about weekend events at CS were helpful! Was sad to see the Pelotons were removed from fitness room.

We love Cloud Nine! This was our 2nd time to stay here, and the house was redecorated since our stay in November 2021. We did find it odd that throughout the house there were price tags on pillows, throws, and lamps.

We have stayed at Cinnamon Shore many times at different properties. This was our favorite property so far! The home was clean, the design was beautiful and the layout was open. This was our first time to stay at Cinnamon Shore. This was a very nice, well decorated comfortable home for two. Would easily be a great home for a family of 4. The location was great. We really enjoyed Dylan's, Lisabella's and the coffee shop. Nice to be able to rent a golf cart on property and the chairs and umbrella set up was very nice.

From the moment we walked into cloud nine, we felt so relaxed. It is a gorgeous home that fit all 8 of our family and 3 dogs, perfectly. The management was so friendly and helpful. They stayed in communication with me from the time we booked our stay until we departed. I can’t wait to visit Cinnamon Shore, again.

The home was perfect for our spring break getaway. We brought our daughter and 2 friends plus our dog and still had a room leftover. The neighborhood amenities really made the trip special with the campfire, s'mores and poolside food/drink. They loved the heated neighborhood pool and driving the golf cart to the beach. Even better was probably the horseback riding on the beach. The house was as described. I'd definitely recommend it!

This rental is in a great location and we had a really great time. The kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms and living room were comfortable. However; the best is the multiple outdoor areas both lower and upper. There are plenty of outdoor options with rockers, swing, picnic table, grill, and more. I will stay there again. Oh, and the staff was great. They followed up on us while we were still staying there. Kudos to the staff.

The house is lovely and Cinnamon Shores is beautiful. Overall they Have done great job of creating a fun, family-friendly, upscale Port A experience. We had the front office build a bonfire on the beach for us one night. That was a very special experience.
The home was a little smaller than expected. For our party of 4 adults and three boys it felt a little tight. Particularly because we could not utilize the porches or backyard because of the mosquitoes. The owners and management need to do something about this. I’m a Texan and I get it, nature, and I like camping, but I paid over $7000 to stay here for a week. I wasn’t roughing it. The city does spray, and it got better, but it was still a huge annoyance. I’m told that only happens a few times a year. The owners and HOA should get together and spray all yards and install mosquito control devices, etc. also this house needs less decorations and more practical stuff. A fly swatter, more cookware and maybe some Tupperware. Our ice machine was broken and not fixed the whole time and the grill is old and needs replaced. Overall I still give it 4 stars because it is a beautiful property and we had a great time despite these issues. However, I think management and the owners need to step up the service and attention to detail for the price.

Great Home and experience! My only complaint was that the TV in the bunk room was unplugged from the cable and it took me a while to figure out which cable needed to go where because there were several loose wires just laying behind it and old cable or modem boxes laying around. I was afraid I'd mess something up!

Great with one exception, the guest bathtub was leaking down through the a/c vent into the kitchen so we were down to one bathroom for bathing/clean-up. I'm sure it has been fixed by now.

The overall stay was excellent. Suggestions for improvements: BBQ Grill needed to be replaced, the fire was very low, needed a sun drape on back porch to block sun and not enough cabinet space for food. I will always stay at Cinnamon Shore, such a beautiful property.

My family of 5 stayed at Cloud Nine over the Fourth of July weekend. We were very impressed with the home as soon as we walked in. It is as pretty as the pictures, the entire home was clean as a whistle, and the furnishing were all comfortable and upscale. The kids loved the bunk room and never wanted to leave. There were a couple of very minor maintenance issues I mentioned in their app, and they were handled within hours or less. Management was very responsive and polite. The community as a whole is first class, and our family enjoyed our trip and we will go back.

We love cinnamon shores and cloud nine. Walking distance to the beach and pools. Nice furnishings. Lots of kitchen cookware, plates, utensils, etc. Books and toys in the bunk room. Wifi was down, but the office supplied a (low bandwidth) unit. Would definitely rent here again

My husband and I took our twin 4 year old boys with us and had a great time. Below is the overall good and not so good:
- The boys loved the toys in the bunk room. I appreciate the owner having a nice toy selection.
- The kitchen was well stocked with essentials however pots and pans need replacing.
-The stairs are very slippery; not safe for little feet. I'm not sure if the house cleaners use polish on the stairs. Be very careful going down.
- The good news is the house was sprayed for bugs the morning before our arrival. The bad news is we found several dead roaches in the hallway as well as dead bugs in the kitchen. One area that needs to be addressed is behind the faucet in the upstairs guest bath. Roaches were coming out from inside the wall as I was filling the tub to give the boys a bath. We opted to use the shower in the master which is a very nice size!
The bottom line; the house is bright, cheerful and conveniently located. We rented a 6 seat golf cart; definitely worth it. Four seats for us and enough space for beach supplies. We also rented umbrellas and chairs but we never used them. Overall, I would definitely recommend the house. The bug situation is most likely prevalent coast side and the house cleaning, although needing some improvement,is adequate for a happy stay.
The Cinnamon Shores property rental staff was WONDERFUL! Extremely helpful and professional.
Lastly,we ordered food at LisaBella's. Although conveniently located,I wasn't impressed with the food. Cinnamon Shores may want to think about opening up another restaurant on premises. A little competition goes a long way when dealing with quality of product being offered.

Thank you for your review. The home is lovely and the owner has tried to think of everything a guest may need. You are correct the house was sprayed right before your arrival. We have all of the properties on a quarterly pest control plan. I have followed up with the pest control company and had them come back out to focus on the bathroom areas again. In addition, this is the time of the year, after a very busy Summer season, that we make sure that any items in the home that may be a bit "worn" are replaced. We will be adding an additional restaurant onsite very soon to allow our guests different choices while they are here at Cinnamon Shore. I am glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and will be returning. We loved this very cute house for our annual girl trip. The only complaints are the need for more big skillets, bug deterrents on patios and more frequent indoor bug spraying as we found several live roaches. The pool and beach areas were very relaxing and perfect get a way!

Cloud Nine #36 was the perfect place for our family. The house was incredibly decorated, comfortable and well stocked. Everything was spotless on our arrival, the beds were great. We left saying we would definitely be staying here everytime we go to Port A.
