We loved our stay at 3104. We appreciated the proximity to the movie nights and Lisabella's. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen. Two spacious bathrooms.
A couple of drawbacks--it was so bright with outside lights in the master BR--maybe some curtains would help? Also, a few beach towels to leave on site would've been nice.

This unit was great, really nice central location off of the main circle. It was very comfortable with everything we needed. We like having ground floor units as it's much easier loading our stuff in and out from the beach.

We loved the condo! Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was great we loved the pool. The small heated one. I can’t think of anything that would have improved our stay!

We had a great time at our stay. The property is beautiful and the amenities are perfect. Easily the best place I’ve stayed at in Port A. We will return. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to a personal matter and the staff went above and beyond to save me a return trip the next day to return a golf cart and even mailed us some items we left in our room in the rush to leave. Customer service by Amanda and Megan was amazing!!

Clean condo. Great location if you want to be in the mix of the social circle. However noisy on the weekends due to bands playing until 10 and if you have little kids it’s not good as there bedroom is facing the social circle. You get 2 parking spots which is great for your car and golf cart however on Saturday night a car parked in our spot that was not staying at CS. Overall if you are staying around the social circle expect business.
You can also hear the guests in the condo above.
Beach was clean and great as usual!
Lastly, the pools were not refreshing— it’s been a really hot summer so understandable but given the heat it would be nice to cool the pools or provide more shad over the pools.
We love cinnamon shore but just wouldn’t stay in a condo again given the noise factor.

Overall, we had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with small kids. The location was very central and close to all the action in Town Center. My only complaint is the dishwasher didn’t wash dishes very well and the washer was extremely loud when spinning and sounded like it was going to make the dryer fall over. Be cautious of that if you plan to wash clothes. Otherwise, everything was great and we would stay at this same condo again! Suggest you bring beach towels and maybe your own dish soap if that’s something you care about. They provide dish soap but it wasn’t great. Overall, we had an amazing stay and wish we could have stayed longer but we’ll have to save it for our next trip!

This condo was a 2 bedroom. One with a king and the other with a queen over queen. It was perfect for us and our daughter and friends. It’s located near the town center. Easy walk to everything Cinnamon Shores has to offer. The unit is well equipped and very comfortable and clean. They did not provide beach towel so bring your own. It was a bottom level unit so it was easy to unload everything. Great place to stay and we would rent again!

The property was as expected, beautiful, clean, it had everything we needed. Absolutely no complains- and it’s always a plus when they have pantry essentials- oil, salt, pepper, coffee etc, which is not always the case. So this property was perfect in every way, thank you!

The place was very clean and tidy and the beds were perfect for catching up on some sleep. The cart rentals are a little steep but the fun factor outweighs the cost in my mind as well as the convenience. We had a great time!

Once again, we had a wonderful vacation in the perfect location. Our stay was in fantastic Port A weather, and we had a huge section of the beach to ourselves. Our condo owners had done a great job of stocking the condo. Clean and beautifully decorated, it had everything but wine bottle stoppers ( we bought our own). The Cinnamon Shores staff is always cheerful, efficient, and accommodating. They make it all easy.
Early November is an opportune time for a stay: students are in school, and most folks are tied to a job. Our rental of a golf cart made the beach even more accessible and allowed exploration of the Cinnamon Shores community and the beach.
As usual, we indulged in the great food at Lisabella’s, Snoopy’s, and Tortuga’s Saltwater Grill. That’s one of the reasons to make a November trip to Port A. My wife discovered the “Mermaid Water” drink at Tortuga’s and became a big fan.
A fantastic getaway, after our last year’s 50th Anniversary stay. We highly recommend Cinnamon Shores. We will return for multiple small or long vacations.

Coastal Access was the perfect place to accommodate our family! We loved that it was directly across the street from the great lawn and right around the corner from the pizzaria and market. Coastal Access was clean, roomy and had everything we needed! Can’t wait to come back!

This condo was decorated beautifully. Bedding, furniture, towels...everything was comfortable and clean! We were very satisfied with our stay here. We were originally staying at a different condo about two door down and the air conditioner stopped working and couldn’t be fixed, so we were transferred to Coastal Access our last night and wished we could have stayed there longer! It felt amazing not only because the air conditioner was working, but because of the decor...it was so beach appropriate and felt airy and welcoming. Loved the kid friendly plates and forks too. Everything was well thought out and well laid out. We would certainly stay here again if available!

My childhood friend and I went for her birthday. We had a two bedroom condo which was beautiful and very clean. Loved the location we could walk to coffee shop and market. I would highly recommend if you are going and don’t need a house.

Cinnamon Shore is 5 stars! They have everything you need. If you bring a few groceries, there’s no need to go to town. The restaurant is very nice for an evening out (Lisabella’s) and the pizza place is great for the whole family - superb food - all homemade right there (Dylan’s).

This rental was very clean and very convenient! The community is wonderful and the rental company made things very easy. There are limited food options in this development-so if you arrive after hours pack and bring food. Overall amazing rental!

We had a wonderful time at Cinnamon Shores yet again. This was our 2nd visit to CS and we brought my parents with us. Our condo was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a few small issues but maintenance resolved them quickly. The service there is great as well! We will be back.

Our condo was clean and nicely furnished. But, our key would not work on the back door even after maintenance came by to fix it. Also, we were very close to all the "happenings," which might be good for some but we have 2 small children so the live music kept them up until a little after 10. Overall it was a good stay and we would come back again in the future.

We liked the fact that the town home was on the firat floor since we have small children. The kitchen lacked pots and pans. The bedding was a quilt which we would of prefered a conforter. Other than that everything was fine.

We loved our stay at Cinnamon Shore. The Condo rental # 3104 was a designer stay with everything we needed. Comfort for my family with designer touches in every room. Parking was excellent. Directly in front of the condo. Very roomy porch with chairs. front and back door entry. washer and dryer was nicer than one we have at home. Was updated everyday on activities via mail/text. Office was amazing and very friendly. Everyone we came in contact with were helpful and always had a smile!
Very quiet at night. We could not hear anyone upstairs or the sides. I was amazed to see families get in their golf carts to leave in the mornings. We never had any noise.
I wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back for a longer stay next time. This was a last minute vacation...the office was very accomidating. We rented a Golf cart and drove the beach into town for lunch and shops. My entire family enjoyed the beach, Port A and the resort. There is a bridge to walk across..or take the golf cart. The pools are great! We enjoyd music and Smores...just a short walk. Music we sat outside our condo. Other activities we did..Short drive to Corpus Christi to see a baseball game. Ate lunch in Port A. Loved the resturant in Cinnamon Shore as well.
We love #3104 and Cinnamon Shore!
Now I know why our neighbors back home bought a home at Cinnamon Shore.
We will be back soon.

These are the best condos I've ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly, great location with easy access to the beach and stores. Very clean and maintained.

Two couples from the Houston area enjoyed their stay. Accommodations were comfortable and well maintained. The only thing we really had a problem with was the locks / keys - which really took an effort to open and close. In addition, a few plumbing fixtures (handles to all sinks) were a little loose. Other than that, the unit was great. Cinnamon Shores is still under construction, so be prepared for some construction noise and parking adjustment(s). The front office was very accommodating. Once again, we enjoyed our stay in this comfortable unit.

The condo was great for our family weekend getaway! The beach, the restaurant and lake were all conveniently located and made for a nice relaxing stay. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place would go back again and again, service was great house was clean, comfortable only improvement was it needed more dishes we were 6 guests in an condo for 8 and we ran out of dishes a lot.
