The second floor has a relaxing Queen bedroom and bathroom. The bunk room is a super kid's hang out for 4! The spacious Primary bedroom is an adult retreat with calming blue tones that mimic the ocean. The Primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower perfect to wash away the day.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
El Searrito Place is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering El Searrito Place the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
