SLEEPING QUARTERS:
On the first floor, a charming bunk room sleeps four with ensuite bathroom with double headed shower and double vanities. Two queen bedrooms on either side of the hall, both with private baths, have access to the back deck overlooking the natural dunes of Cinnamon Shore. The full fenced backyard keeps nature at bay.
A sumptuous navy-and-white king suite on the second floor boasts a bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub overlooking the natural dune, and a spacious walk-in shower. Also a private back balcony with cozy lounge chairs.
On the third floor, two queen rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with a large walk-in shower and a covered back balcony overlooking Cinnamon Shore's natural dune with peeks of Dune pool . The third-floor sitting area has an additional twin bed with twin trundle underneath to accommodate more guests.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND EVICTED.
This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day/night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
