Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACES: Relax in three common living areas, one on each floor. Interior design features custom artwork, stylish wallpaper, shiplap, and premium furnishings throughout.
The primary living space is an open-concept main living area on the first floor. It combines a comfortable living room, a dining area at an oversize island, and a fantastic kitchen, all surrounded by whitewashed shiplap walls. Outdoor common areas include the first-floor porch and two separate balconies on the second floor.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a darling bunk room with a full over queen bunk opens to the bathroom. Serving bunk mates and the main living space, the bathroom offers dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
On the second floor, the primary suite centers around a four-poster bed and a pair of chairs with cheery, tropical print upholstery. Step onto the primary balcony, shaded by a pergola, for morning coffee and views over Town Center. The ensuite primary bath offers a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
A second king bedroom on the second floor also has access to a private balcony and bathroom. A bright pink, tropical plant motif on accent pillows and on fantastic bathroom wallpaper set this guest room apart.
The third-floor bedroom offers two queen beds and three twins, including the lounge area daybed, all tucked under the steeply pitched rooflines. A sliding door opens to a bathroom, where a blue-and-white wallpaper makes a statement and dual sinks and walk-in shower accommodate the crowd.
GREAT FEATURES: An outdoor grill adds to meal prep options. A laundry room keeps clothing fresh. Designated parking and space for a golf carts makes it easy to come and go. And you’ll be steps from family activities on the Town Center during peak weekends and high season, on-site restaurants like Dylan’s pizzeria and Lisabella’s Bistro, the coffee shop, market, and more!
