The house was immaculately cleaned when we arrived. Quality appliances in the kitchen, and everything worked properly. There was ample space in the living room for kids to play. Also the fenced in backyard was great. Our elementary aged children played back there for hours and it was safe. Easy walk to the beach and all amenities in the complex. We would definitely stay here again.

Sea Lyin was great! The house was spacious and super comfortable for us (3 adults and 2 kids). This may have been our favorite rental yet. Each bedroom has a TV, there are plenty of beach towels provided and the open living/kitchen area was great to hang out in.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Lyin. The house was large, bright and perfect for our family of five. The three boys stayed in the upstairs bunk room and we stayed upstairs. This unit would be perfect for grandparents (with a bed / bath downstairs) and an upstairs set-up for kids (3) and parents.
Only thing to check on Is master shower water pressure and making sure the gas fireplace stays on. Everything was wonderful!

This is our third year renting with Cinnamon shores and this was our favorite home. We loved how nice the back patio was and that it was cool enough to sit out even mid day because of the shady location.

This was an incredible house for our family of four. The house had a great use of space and open floor plan. As this house is near the main road, we did hear some car noise from the balcony and patio but was not bothersome from in the house. The beds were way more comfortable than we typically find for rentals. And Cinammon Shore’s customer service was very helpful. We had some WiFi connection issues at check-in and Cinnamon Shore came immediately to address the connection problem. We noticed that the kitchen did not have pans and Cinammon Shore came with a set of new pans the next day. We were very happy and will go back.

Beach trip with 2 couples and each having 1 toddler. Perfect sized place, fully stocked with everything you need. Outdoor area was well maintained and good sitting area. The house is designed for families in mind, nice amenities but nothing too low/nice that toddlers can break. Vaulted ceilings make for a spacious feel.

Sea Lyin was the perfect home for my family of four and in-laws. The kitchen and living room are situated downstairs, along with a half bath and a main bedroom & full bath for folks who may not want to climb the stairs.
My husband and I slept comfortably upstairs in the second main bedroom and our kiddos were in the bunk room right across the hall. Each room has its own bathroom and is situated closely to one another. It was an ideal setup for us.
Beyond the floorplan, the decor is modern, neutral, light, and airy. This home has a very welcoming vibe and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is an amazing house. The kitchen is huge and perfect for anyone who loves to cook. Master bath is perfect. Everything was super clean, functional and very comfortable. I will stay here again!

Well....we went for Spring Break and stayed 60 days. The house is awesome. Huge open living area w great kitchen w windows all around w an easement to the west so all you see is green landscape. Master is big w huge nice bathroom w jetted tub and a deck off it for morning sun. Bunkroom upstairs is next to master, 3rd br down w own bathroom. It was wonderful, really well done. We were there 2 months w 3 children and it felt like home.

My family and I decided to head to Cinnamon Shore for Thanksgiving this year to give us a bit of an escape from the predictable holiday grind. Together with my parents and our two small children, we headed to Cinnamon Shore for the first time and it did not disappoint! By the end of the trip, we were contemplating how we could have a permanent home in this community!
The house we stayed in was perfectly stocked and comfortably decorated. We had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen, which I find to be a rare situation when visiting most rental properties. The bed linens were luxurious and the overall home incredibly bright and cozy.
We will be back and we'd love to stay in this home again! We didn't want to leave. Thanks for a great trip and our first on-the-road Thanksgiving memory!
(PS -- Literally the ONLY thing I could think to recommend is a bigger frying pan. We had to use two small ones on most meals to accommodate the amount of food we were making.)

Loved Sea Lyin, the living area is absolutely beautiful and it was great for two families with 3 kids and one baby. The ONLY suggestion is I think the living room rug has seen its day. It’s really worn and coming unraveled- that is the ONLY suggestion.

2 adults and 4 children stayed in this beautiful house for four days. The neighborhood is lovely, the house is terrific from top to bottom (not a single complaint), the proximity to the beach with boardwalk access was exactly what we wanted, and the restaurant around the block had great food. We love Port A and now we love Cinnamon Shore too.
A tip: the kids wanted to make smoothies but we found the blender our last day in a closet across from the powder room. This house has everything.

Family of 5 enjoyed the well done space, fire pit, and grill. Great location with not alot of noise around and wetlands view at your back door. Met a friendly Jack Rabbit out back as well. Easy golf cart ride to beach or pool and convenient walk to Lisabelle for a nice dinner. Had to replace fire pit propane but cinnamon shore did it quickly.

Five great days! Six people slept comfortably. Great room was perfect for gathering with the rest of our family from another house; 12 people for dinner, drinks and snacks. If it had a Kuerig Machine, it would’ve been perfect!

We had a wonderful stay with our toddler, our two friends, and their toddler. The house was more than enough space for the 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable, and everything (and I do mean everything, including stairs, counters, stove, etc.) was very clean and well maintained. We were actually surprised (in a good way) with how beautiful the house was; the high ceilings in the living room were great for extra light, we loved the view of the dunes, the master bathroom shower was amazing, and the decor was a lovely beach-themed in a non-cheesy way. We also enjoyed using the gas grill on the patio, and our boys played with some of the toys left at the house (which was a nice surprise and distraction for the kids). The only tiny thing complaint is that while the kitchen was well stocked with spices, cooking utensils, plastic containers for leftovers, and even dishes and utensils for kids, there was no salt and pepper! I'm sure we could have asked the management, but it was late when we realized this, and we ended up running to town to buy salt and pepper. No biggie, though, and we will definitely be back!

We love Cinnamon Shores and the Sea Lyin is a beautifully decorated house designed with comfort in mind. We would definitely rent that house again. My only complaint is that for the 3rd spring break in a row the community pool heater was not working. Other then that it was a pleasant experience.
