This is our second time staying here, the first was in 2021. It’s a beautiful house and there are several living areas which is great. The best part of the house is the back deck on the second level—it’s huge and there’s lots of seating. We loved sitting out there in the morning! Having a house at the edge of the neighborhood means no houses behind you and there’s even a small backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

The home is in a great location and has an elevator. One member of our group has arthritis and the elevator was a big plus for her and for those of us moving luggage and groceries. There are restaurants and beautiful swimming pools withing walking distance, and the beach is very accessible. The portion of beach by Cinnamon Shores is lovely. It is less congested and has a much pleasanter atmosphere than lots of other spots on the beach. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything we needed to cook and serve meals. There is a large dining table where all ten of our party could be seated for meals. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but they were addressed right away by the management.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sippin on Sunshine! We had 8 adults and 3 kids under 3. The amenities for the kiddos were great including high quality strollers and pack n plays for sleeping. Each bedroom has a private bathroom so we felt like we had our own space but were also able to enjoy time together in the beautiful group spaces.

Our time at Sippin on Sunshine was great! Our family of 6 adults and 4 children (4 and under) enjoyed our stay - plenty of room to gather and also room to have quiet time. Home was very clean and ready for us. Kitchen was well equipped (be sure to bring extra detergents and paper goods!) and beds were comfortable.

Our fifth family trip to Cinnamon Shore and it did not disappoint. Our house was wonderful, third time to stay in it, and easily accommodated our family of seven, including one wheelchair. Thank goodness for the elevator. We looking forward to coming back next year.

We will be back. It was our first time to Cinnamon Shore and we enjoyed the area. We were also very pleased with the property and location. The elevator wasn't working - but the property manager gave us a call before we arrived and offered to assist with luggage and groceries.

We had a great time and loved staying in this home! Very well arranged for our family needs and even equipped for the little ones. Kitchen was wonderful with everything you could need. Beds were comfy and house was clean and cool. Loved the back porch. We had a maintenance need in downstairs bathroom but they came immediately to check on it.

This three story home was perfect for our family. Each of three couples had a king suite and the two little ones had their own bedrooms near Mom and Dad. The living areas were the perfect size for everyone to gather. The kitchen was very well appointed. Lots of extras for the babies like pack ‘n plays, strollers and a high chair. Everyone had a great time.

After a long year spent mostly cooped up by ourselves, it was wonderful to have our family together again for our annual beach trip. The house was beyond amazing; and the elevator made it super easy getting things up to the second and third floors. This house was designed with entertaining in mind and we enjoyed big family dinners prepared in both the indoor/outdoor kitchen. We loved the views from every single balcony and window and can’t wait to return. We love Cinnamon Shore!

This was our third visit in 5 years to Cinnamon Shores and liked Sippin’ floor plan the best for 3 generation family visit. The elevator made the visit for the grandparents very comfortable. The bunk room was great for the grandkids with bunk beds and TV and their own bathroom. Our living area was on the second level with plenty of space for all of us sit and visit. The kitchen was well-stocked. The second level back porch was great. The breeze helped keep the mosquitoes away and we watched 2 jackrabbits wandering below every day. A rating of 5 would be perfect and nothing is perfect but would give Sippin’ 4.5
Our maintenance needs were taken care of in a timely manner by very pleasant people. Renting the golf cart was a good idea. S’mores and snowcones were enjoyed by the grandkids. Thanks to all for a wonderful time.

Sippin’ on Sunshine is the perfect house for our group! The twin with trundle in the third floor master closet provided an ideal sleeping space for our 22 month old granddaughter. Having 3 king beds with en-suite baths meant all 3 couples had great accommodations. The bunk room has one twin over full and one twin over twin and has its own bathroom. Having half baths near the two family rooms was nice. The kitchen and dining area is open to the second floor family room. There is ample seating for 10. The outdoor dining space on the second floor deck with a gas grill and sink is also spacious. There is a third floor deck, a back porch with fenced play area and gas fire pit and a lovely front porch.
We had a small leak from the third floor bath through the kitchen ceiling. Maintenance came with in a couple of hours and did not require us to be there. We were not inconvenienced and the problem was resolved. Excellent service.
The house was clean, well stocked, well located and very attractive. They had equipment for a baby including baby gates, stroller, high chair and pack n play stored in a closet under the stairs. The elevator is handy also.

We love the fact that house was immaculately clean and well kept! It looked like a brand new home. Love the location and the elevator and the views from the balconies in the back of the house. We would highly recommend this home to everyone!

We decided to get away for an extended weekend because we had to cancel our original plans. We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect and within easy walking distance to the beach.

This is a great house for families and the management company was SO helpful and responsive. Providing beach towels, and high chairs and a pack n play for tiny guests would be a nice touch. The stock trash bags provided by cinnamon shore are too thin and small; so they’re useless, but we knew that from previous visits and brought our own.

This might be our favorite house that we've stayed in at CShore. It had everything we needed without being cluttered; housed us all comfortably without being crowded or echo-y. We celebrated Thanksgiving there and I cooked a full dinner in the lovely kitchen! We will come again!

Loved everything about the house. Mosquitos were horrific.
I had to listen to my family complain about the mosquitos the entire time,
they would get in the house and bite all of the grandkids.

Well laid out, well provisioned, well thought out property. We had two families including kiddos and did not feel at all like we were on top of one another. The house is listed at 2803 sq feet but it feels much larger with 1300 additional sq ft of decking. The kitchen had everything we needed including decent pans and knives (big pet peeve). All amenities were quite nice. We would return to this location in a heartbeat. BTW, Port Aransas is a pretty cool town, more so than I expected.

The Blue Havana at Cinnamon Shore was the absolute perfect place for our family to gather and relax together and make memories that will be with us forever. The house, or rather our home for a week, was elegant, yet comfortable. Every detail had been addressed in the design and furnishing of the home. The kitchen accommodated our chef for 40 family members reuniting with us on our Saturday. The outdoor porches were awesome. The home was clean - actually immaculate.
Cinnamon Shore management was flawless! Tested them once and they surpassed every expectation.
I recommend the Blue Havana as a great place to spend time with family and friends. Big enough to hide when you want to and great areas to visit with large groups.
Cinnamon Shore amenities were first class in every respect, Sand Castle Building and a late night fire on the beach with s'mores were our favorite activities, other than the pool and beach. Lisabella's and the music were a great diversion
