Overall, we were very pleased with both the Unit and the development. this was our first stay at Cinnamon Shore and we thought the projects was very organized and well run. The staff was helpful and accommodating with our late check-in. The beach set-up was done and the beach staff was helpful. The unit was clean and well maintained and worked well for our family. We would favorably consider a return trip.

Southern charm beach, home at Cinnamon Shore was absolutely the most accommodating beach experience I’ve ever experienced. It was amazing and beautiful to be a part of Port Aransas and such a beautiful neighborhood.

This was our 4th time staying in Southern Charm. The location of this house is the best. And it accommodates our growing family perfectly, eight adults and grandchildren ranging from 15 to 4 ( the bunk room that sleeps 8 was great for all the cousins that only get to be with each other two times a year - lots of bonding and happy memories created here).
Southern Charm has all the kitchen necessities for cooking for a large crowd (I would recommend a 4 slice toaster when the current one needs replaced.) And having 2 washers and 2 dryers made evening clean up so much easier.

Such a perfect house! So much room to spread out! A living room on the first floor and a huge living room on the second floor near the wonderful kitchen! Plenty of bathrooms too! We loved the 2 washers and 2 dryers!
Loved the front porch with the 2 swings and the location to Keira’s pool!

My wife, our two sons, their wives and 4 grandkids. We had an absolute ball! It was so much fun just watching the kids run through the house, playing hide-and-seek, chasing each other and hanging out in their favorite room - the bunk room. Great house, a lot of room, close to the beach, and in a quiet area.

House was great, beautifully and comfortable furnished. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and entertaining. Grill was convenient and easy to use. The house had games for kids and adults. We enjoyed the Pizza restaurant and live entertainment on the green. The golf carts and umbrellas and chairs at the beach were a big hit for the whole family, and the bonfire our last night was just perfect.

The house is great for small groups, especially with lots of kiddos as there are many bunks and twin beds that the kids love. The location is perfect- close to one of the pools as well as the beach entrance and exit. We had no A/C issues as were mentioned in previous reviews. Overall a wonderful vacation

We have rented this house a couple times over the past two years and continue to come back. Great house for a large group. Very accommodating and the interior is as nice as the extertior.

The home is absolutely beautiful. The location is also fabulous. The only two cons were the kitchen is not equipped properly with pans and such, and the A/C unit was locked to 85 degrees upstairs and we were not able to get the temp down until the next day. We tried contacting the emergency number for the management office and the gentlemen was unable to provide the code.

it is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is great except not being able to see the ocean but it was nice to be close to the pool and boardwalk.

This was my second time staying here. Southern charm is in a great location, close to the beach and within walking distance to both pools. The house is lovely and just large enough to comfortably fit my extended family.

The house was beautiful and perfect for 3 families! The location was close by the infinity pool which had a great cafe! The food was excellent and the young lady managing the pool and cafe was extremely friendly and prompt with food. We were staying during off season and enjoyed the tranquility.

We have rented from CS's about 6-7 times now, and this home was the most beautiful/ best location of all of them. Thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful, impeciably decorated home.
